- General: Upon any termination, suspension, or discontinuation of the App or your account, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
